About this house sitting position in Bowral

Lovely sunny north facing medium sized home on 1 acre in a very good part of Bowral. Its an easy walk to 2 golf courses and a lovely 20 minute walk to town. Its a very quiet area with mostly retired couples. The garden is low maintenance and the lawns will need mowing, there is a ride on. Our labrador will need to be taken for a walk twice a day weather permitting. We would like a reasonably fit couple that like to potter in the garden and can do minor maintenance like oil a squeaky hinge or change a bulb.
