About this house sitting position in Box Hill North

Our house is a 2 bedroom rental unit in a block of three, located in a quiet street about 20 min walk from Box Hill train station. If you have your own car, we are 2km from Eastern Fwy. Our neighbours are older, quiet, friendly and easy to get along with.
We have one cat and a small garden. I'm not overly finicky about the garden - it's fairly low maintenance. It really only needs an occasional weed pulled and watering. The cat isn't very demanding either. She's long-haired, vaccinated, sterilized and very friendly. She doesn't sit still long enough to be brushed so there's no need for you to do that.

We won't be able to leave a car to use, but there is off-street parking available for you. Being a quiet street, on-street parking is also very safe.
