My home is a cute apartment in Braddon, a suburb in central Canberra. It is a cosy place with a large north-facing balcony, ensuite bathroom, small but highly functional kitchen, and laundry room. It is on the second floor of a small 3-story building. The building is no-frills and is accessed by stairs only. No smoking please.

My street is very peaceful with minimal traffic and quiet neighbours. You'll find bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, and food trucks only a 5 minute walk away on Lonsdale Street, and Civic is a 10 minute walk away - including the Canberra Centre, heaps of shops, restaurants, etc. Civic bus interchange is a 12 minute walk away and there's a light rail stop within 8 minutes walk. I have a car space that will be available for your use.

I have a sweet and smart 2 year old domestic shorthair cat named Marley who will need to be looked after - feeding & water change twice a day, changing litter, playing, and cuddling. She is an outgoing and chatty cat who will be your friend in no time. She is an indoor cat and must not be let out - my balcony is not enclosed. No medical issues.

I have multiple indoor and outdoor plants that will need to be watered - some once a week and others every day.
