Low set three bedroom brick home set in quite suburb of Branyan surrounded by trees. Home is on 1.25 acre block. Only 7 km to shopping centre and medical services. Requirements are to live in home with small Australian silky terrier 16months old very spoilt, feed chooks (3), ( 2 ) ducks, change water dishes daily, feed fish, wild birds, keep yard watered and mowed. Have ride on with only very small court yard out front which is push mowed. Water gardens and keep house clean and tidy for 15nights. Must be willing to stay in at nights.
