Our home is on 100 acres 5 minutes from Bredbo, 25 minutes from Cooma and 1 hour from Canberra.
We have two easy going cats and nine alpacas from you to care for, nothing too difficult.
The property is mostly sparse bush with distant views from the house or even better from the ridge above, 930 mts.
Plenty of site seeing around the district with Canberra, the Snowy mts or the south coast just an hour or two away for day trips. A levelish spot near the house is available for your caravan.
