About this house sitting position in Brighton

Our small 2 bedroom family home is located in the sleepy suburban bayside suburb called Brighton.
Nestled in the backstreets, our home is surrounded by leafy gardens. The house is an older style and is basic in style, but we have a new kitchen and lovely deck to sit out on.
Our local shops are 5km away, in Sandgate, and Brisbane CBD is a 30 min train trip form Sandgate Station. We are also a five min drive to the Bruce Hwy - so in an hour you could find yourself day tripping on the coast.
We require a house sitter to look after our very loved family dog Bruce, and to water the pot plants and garden.
Bruce is a charming cattle dog, who is now elderly and unfortunately unwell. He is quite slow, but still enjoys a walk along the foreshore. He loves to play fetch in the yard ( but really shouldn't - as he gets to tired). And most of all just loves to be around people, who are willing to potter around the house. Bruce does not require any medication - but he does leak (he suffers from incontinence), which means he is not allowed on the furniture, and that on occasion the floor needs to be mopped.
I think the job would suit a single person or couple who would be happy to share some love with an old furry fella and have some time to spend at home or walking along the foreshore. Read more...
