About this house sitting position in Brighton

I am a University professor and my partner is semi-retired. We live in a nice apartment about 100m from the Brighton foreshore. We have 2 dogs , a Scottish Deerhound (4.5 yrs) and a whippet (14). I travel with work a fair amount and prefer the dogs to be in their own home. They get walked early in the morning and late afternoon. They are placid easy going as one would expect of sighthounds - aka couch potatoes.
The apartment is large and well appointed . There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study dining etc. 2 car spaces, balconies. Good security system and good neighbors .
We will be travelling for work and need good reliable house sitters who are confident with a large placid dog.
