About this house sitting position in Brookwater
We have a modern, single story 5 bedroom home in Brookwater, QLD. Brookwater is home to a golf course, and is 30km from Brisbane's CBD. We are a 6 min drive (4.5km) to Orion Shopping Centre, cinema and train station (Springfield line), 500m walk to IGA, restaurants, and a bus stop. There is a lovely walking/bike track at the end of our quiet street to enjoy the bush setting Brookwater resides in.
There is a guest room with a queen bed and zoned ducted aircon. The house has wifi, a pool and home theatre. Covered car accommodation is available.
We have two 13 year old beagles to feed, administer medication and to walk. Watering of plants would be appreciated (irrigation in place - just needs to be turned on/off).
