About this house sitting position in Brunswick East

Our three-bedroom house is a typical Brunswick Californian bungalow. It has a garden with fruit trees. There is a tram stop at one end of our street and Merri Creek at the other. There are a couple of cafes around the corner. Fantastic location.
We would like house sitters to keep the place tidy and wave to the neighbours.
The main requirement is the pet minding and our sitter needs to be good with dogs. We have two very sweet dogs and a lizard called Basil. The dogs need to be walked separately as one of them is learning to walk better on a leash and to interact calmly with other dogs. A daily 15-20 minute walk each is plenty. Ideally, our house sitter would be at home a bit during the day.
Basil hardly needs any attention.
