Welcome to our home! My husband and I live in the friendly and trendy suburb of Brunswick, 20 mins north of Melbourne CBD. We are very conveniently located to train, tram and bus links in Brunswick that can take you straight to the city, or exploring some of the lovely cafes, restaurants and bars in the area. We live in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom modern townhouse that is set at the back of a block making it incredibly private and quiet. The property also has secure car parking and secure gated entry. Our home is welcoming and made for relaxing. Downstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms (One with brand new queen size bed. The other with a fold out sofa bed and plenty of books to read), a large bathroom with bath and a laundry. Upstairs, is a wonderful open plan living area with bi-fold doors that open out on to a patio with a BBQ. Put your feet up and relax on the sofa or spend some time writing at our study corner...whatever you like! The kitchen is very well equipped. We love to cook and entertain and would welcome our guests to do the same.
Finally, there is a very special house guest that you would be sharing with. Her name is Isla and she is a 1 1/2 year old Groodle (Golden-retriever Poodle cross). Isla is a polite house guest. She is 25kg, fully toilet trained and just loves to be around people and go for long walks and play. For the first time since Isla came into our lives, we are off on a long holiday - 3 weeks in Europe. We are looking for a very caring, honest and safe housesitter who is happy to send plenty of photos of Isla to us while we are away.
