This solid brick Edwardian beauty is home to Oscar the cat king of the street.
Prime Location seconds from Lygon Street and a short walk to Sydney Rd to highly sought cafes and Barkly Square shopping precinct.
A 20-30 minute tram trip to the city.
Oscar is feed morning and night. He is kept inside overnight. The garden will need to watered at least twice a week if there is no rain.
