About this house sitting position in Brunswick

2 bedroom townhouse close to Lygon St & Sydney Rd. 1 queen, 1 double. Two separate living areas. Relax on front verandah or on the deck in leafy back courtyard. Bathroom upstairs, second toilet downstairs. 2 desks set up if working from home & wifi.
Location: 6kms to city. 180 metres to Lygon St trams, route 1 & 6 to city (stop 127 or 128). 15 minute walk to Sydney Road tram route 19 (stop 26). 20 minute walk to Anstey train station. Close to cafes, pubs, supermarkets & Merri Creek walks.
Two cats. Indoors. Pampered. Can have supervised back courtyard time but can't be left to their own devices. One is friendly and confident, the other is shy and distrustful. Both have lovely natures and are family to us (scared of kids and parties).
Feed cats, 6-7am & 4-5pm. Clean kitty litter (twice a week). Refresh water bowls. Supervise them in back courtyard once a day for at least 1/2 hour. Send us updates about felines. Water garden. Collect mail.
Strictly no parties please. References from previous house-sitting welcome.
