About this house sitting position in Bull Creek

We have a 4 bed 2 bath brick and tile home with well maintained lawn and garden. The lawn is watered with the help of a bore system. We are going to holiday to the USA for 5 months, this year ( 2019), and we are seeking the service of reliable house sitters , non smokers without pets , to house sit our home whilst we are away.
We need the house sit to commence June 1 and run till November 13.
We expect our sitters will assist with lawn and garden care and maintenance in the main, and the rest of the property is relatively maintenance free. The home has a reverse cycle air conditioner and is secured with a monitored alarm system.
