About this house sitting position in Bunbury

Large house in central Bunbury overlooking inlet. Sitter will have own bedroom with en suite. There is a second lounge room. My mother will still be in the house while I am away. She has her own room and bathroom, and is an active 91 year old. She does not need looking after but require another presence in the house most nights. There is also a rag doll cat in residence that sleeps most of the time. The main duties are to be in the house overnight and some house cleaning. Would suite mature person either working or full time student. Must be non smoker, clean and tidy
