Our house is in a good residential area. Prefer you have caravan (port available), available access to laundry and bathroom. Apart from normal house clean for the area you are going to use, only maintenance is lawn mowing, and watering of pots and shrubs as required.
The house is within easy walking distance to Bundaberg Botanical Gardens, and opposite a public bus stop. Five minutes drive to CBD/supermarkets etc.
