About this house sitting position in Bundaberg

We require nonsmoking housesitters for 5weeks...
26 April 2019 to 1 June 2019. Our modern home is very comfortable, and has a double internal garage. We are situated in East Bundaberg in a quiet neighbourhood 8 mins from the beaches and 8 mins from the CBD. Our home is short walking distance to local shops. Bundaberg has two major shopping centres. Our Pet Bella is a chinchilla persian and is 14years old who will require brushing each day. She is rather shy but very easy to look after as she sleeps most of the day away.
Lawnmowing would be great but alternative arrangements could be made.
Good references are required.
