About this house sitting position in Bunya

5 bedroom brick/tile lowset home with separate granny flat set on 2 acres of lawn and gardens. There is a salt-water pool, the property is fenced, and is secured by electric gates. We have an 11 year old female Maremma who is a very good guard dog and will not require walks as she has an injury to her back leg. Nor will she require washing, grooming etc. She is an outdoor dog. We also have 2 ringnecks and 4 guinea fowls (contained in an aviary).

We require a couple who have experience with acreage properties, and who will maintain our lawns, gardens and pool as well as the interior of our home.

For longer housesits our expectations are listed below, however, some of these will still apply during our 5 day absence:-

1 Water pot plants around the verandahs and pool gazebo twice a week
2 Water gardens and lawn 2 times a week (we use rainbow sprinklers to do this - we also handwater - but need to conserve water. We have townwater and bore water.
3 Mow lawns should they require it - we have a ride on
4 Pick up palm fronds/branches and stack on our rubbish pile.
5 Pruning as required - a few shrubs around pool area
6 Blow down paths, driveway and pool area weekly
7 Ensure birds have clean water and food - 2 ringnecks and 4 guinea fowls
8 Collect Mail
9 Put rubbish bins out weekly (if necessary)
10 Vacuum and wash floors if required (internal vacuum system)
11 Dust/wipe furniture/benches if required
