About this house sitting position in Burnie

Looking for a reliable person to look after my Cat Maxwell and the house for 2 weeks.

Maxi will soon be 11. He's a big softies, loves eating, being brushed, sleeping in the sun and a warm knee to sit on in the evening. He does require 1 tablet for his thyroid twice a day but this just involves putting it in his bowl with his food. Easy! He can be shy at first and prefers ladies. He does not like children.

3 bed, non smoking house, recently renovated bathroom with walk in shower. Off street parking with car use negotiable. Beautiful sea views from rear of house. Walking distance to CBD (20mins) and easy drive to local attractions along the coast. Established garden with fruit trees and roses with sunny seating area and BBQ. Kitchen stocked with an extensive tea collection for your perusal and tasting.

Gas fire plus heat pump in living area and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Wooden floors throughout and robot vacuum for easy cleaning.

This will be my first experience of using a house sitter that I haven't met before. Friends and family that have house sat for Maxi just love him. Looking for people/persons with references and wanting home from home.
