About this house sitting position in Butler

Small 3x2 cottage block, no grass, very minimal upkeep, just a few plants that need watering along with one cat that needs feeding.
Would need a single female as my cat is not comfortable in the presence of men.
Off street parking for 1 car in secured garage, close to public transport if required.
I am about a 5 minute drive from the beach too which is handy for summer.
