Nice country home on two acres , 15 mins to township Armadale , all Byford has is local shops and aldi,woolies, coles, IGA, and coffee shops pubs clubs , our house is 2 mins to shops ,my fur babies i have three small Maltese shitszu cross dogs two cats and 1 bird and last 5 fish , all love attention and use to Housesitter’s .Our home is four bedrooms but only two available rest are office and storage big lounge big kitchen family room two bathrooms , and lounge dining room , carport plus big circular driveway room for caravan parking if needed . Gardens are simple mowing not required , green acres in winter and spring kept very tidy, easy house sit for you to relax and look after animals like I do . No walking them as they have nice big back yard to play in for walks and fun .
