About this house sitting position in Cairns

Myself and fiancé Gary live in a 3 bedroom house with a wrap around garden in a gated complex just south of Cairns. There are 2 main shopping malls near by, approximately 10 minutes away. But the area is so quiet that it is easy to forget just how close we are to the central areas! The house is about 25 minutes away from the airport, just incase you intend to fly in and out.

The garden wraps around the house and only requires a 15 minute mow at maximum. We also enjoy growing plants and we do have an array of potted plants that will need some watering; including orchids, pitcher plants, trailing plants and succulents.

The house also has a patio area with BBQ, chairs and table to enjoy on those summer afternoons. The complex also boasts a pool and tennis court for you to enjoy at your leisure. There are many walking tracks, beaches, waterfalls, parks and places of interest to visits nearby.

We have one indoor female cat who will again require to be fed, watered and loved daily. She is very content with lounging by the fly screen doors and can be tempted for some evening snuggles. There will be no kitty litter to clear up as she is trained to use the toilet, she just hasn't learnt to flush yet (hah!) - so thats the humans job. Read more...
