Newly renovated 3-bedroom home close to all facilities in Smithfield, large outdoor under cover balcony area that is about to be tiled and overlooks private rear yard with a lovely, treed view. Fully air conditioned and secure property in exchange for minding our loveable 5.5-year-old Labradoodle, Kirra and feeding our friendly one-eyed cat, Missy. Trinity beach is only 10 minutes away and Kirra loves her morning walks at the beach.
The house has polished concrete floors throughout with modern comfortable furnishings to relax during your stay

“We loved our house sit at Susan's place. It was in a great location high up in the rainforests. Beautiful location and close to everything near Cairns. Kirra was a lovely dog and easy to look after. They have a pool and an easy to maintain house. Would highly recommend house sitting here.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Smithfield. Sue had 2 cats and one little dog. The cats mostly looked after themselves, except when it was time for food, Kirra, a Labradoodle, 18 months old, although naughty at times, was a constant source of entertainment for both of us. Although quite hot and humid, Sue and Barry had air-conditioning throughout so we remained comfortable. Certainly would recommend Barry and Sue to any prospective house sitters

I thought Kirra may have been slightly bigger but hard to tell as it may be her coat has grown after 3 weeks!
