About this house sitting position in cape cleveland

Hi,
I am enquiring housesitting option for my property in Cape Cleveland, looking primarily after my two dogs. The two dogs are large, (~25kg) high drive but super friendly dogs. One is Rhodesian Ridgeback mix (3 years) and one is Belgian Malinois mix (1.5 years). They are generally well trained, but since they are still young and high drive can be very excitable.
We recently bought the 8ha property in Cape Cleveland and are still organizing to move in all of our possessions. To complete this, we will have to travel to the Gold Coast (total travel time about 7-10 days). The dogs will already be at a property for about a week at the time of travel. Due to their high drive (i.e. exercise needs), we would prefer someone to stay at the property with them so they can keep utilizing the space.
We will also have some birds (peacock, chicken, duck, rooster) at the property, hence they would also require feeding.
Since we will only have been at the property for a short period, we would require you to reinforce rules that we introduce for the dogs at arrival like sleeping in crates, not chasing birds etc. We will advice you of the exact rules either on the day of arrival or maybe on a home visit a few days prior to the travel. It’s not about advanced training just about the dogs not getting into bad habits while we are away.
Overall, both dogs are super friendly, love cuddles and play.
Now that you now all about us, I have a few questions for you:
1) Do you have access to a reliable car? The property is 20km outside of Townsville and accessed by a dirt driveway.
2) How much time would you actually spend at the property? Would you go to work during the day?
3) Do you feel comfortable handling rumbustious dogs and reinforcing training/ rules of behaviour?
