About this house sitting position in Cape Paterson

We live in a lovely coastal town at Cape Paterson. Our house is two storey and ocean views (with whales) from the top living area. It is 200m from the the beach. This might be a little unusual. We need a house sitter and a son sitter....kind of. We are going away for some much needed R&R. Our son is 24 years old fully independent, including able to drive and has a car. He has a mild intellectual disability and needs someone around just to have someone around. He has also got grandparents and a sister close by where he spends a lot of time, but he can't stay there for four weeks due to their age. He can attend to all his personal needs and cook his own meals and feed his cat. He has his own room adjoining the house and you would have the house to yourself. I hope someone out there is able to help :)
