we live 550metres from open beach and the same from a protected beach. We live in a nice quiet holiday area. Two story, 3 bedroom house.. Very clean comfortable relatively modern home. We have a lovable dog who is used to being walked on the beach twice a day, and four chooks. A little garden and lawn maintenance required.
