3 level townhouse in Carina Heights. Bottom level is laundry and garage, middle level is toilet, kitchen, lounge, dining and outdoor patio/courtyard, top level is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very close to Carindale shopping centre, local shops and buses. We have 2 friendly, spoilt cats who require feeding, litter cleaning, brushing and some love. They are indoor cats only. As it is a 3 level townhouse you need to be someone who does not mind stairs. We are very neat and tidy so someone who is willing to keep the place clean would be appreciated but no gardening is required.
