About this house sitting position in Carlingford

Me and my son will be going Away interstate for 1.5 weeks during the upcoming school holidays (April 15th - April 25th or 26th) I have a 3 bedroom, 2 story, 2.5 bathroom townhouse - fully safe and secure - small countertop dishwasher, underground parking with access directly to the townhouse and can be used as we will be driving to Brisbane. Foxtel in the lounge room, Google Chromecast in the master bedroom. TV set up in the dining room with and xbox1. unlimited Internet access and Netflix on the lounge room tv. I have a dog (oreo - 3.5kg Chihuahua whom is almost 15 years old) he loves attention and normally sleeps in my bed with me, however is obedient and will listen if you tell him down (but ideally would be someone who doesn't mind if he wants to cuddle up) He goes 'potty' on puppy pads in the main upstairs bathroom (there is 3 bathrooms total including an ensuite for the master bathroom) which needs to be changed daily. He happily picks at his food, so it just needs to be topped up daily or every second day. No walks required - low maintenance dog - just hate to leave him alone or without daily attention for 1.5 weeks.
Please excuse the mess in the photos - it won't look like that when I leave but I wanted to get some photos up for people.
Photos are from my last housecsitting add - and I have redecorated a bit since then. Also now have a large trampoline in the back courtyard.
Lots and lots of toys if you have children - I have a 6 yr old boy.
Bedding configuration: master bedroom with King sized bed and master bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top and a double on the bottom. 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed.
