About this house sitting position in Carlingford

My name is Alexandra from Carlingford NSW. My mother is going overseas for just over a month (leaving on the 26th July and returning on the 3rd of September) and I'm looking for someone to housesit for her.
We have a beautiful house with 2 lovely cats- a mother and daughter cat. They get along very well and are loving happy cats which love a good cuddle.
Duties include:
- Taking care of the house as you would your own home. Note: we have cleaners which come every 2 weeks, so no major cleaning is required.
- Providing lots of love and care to the cats
- Watering the garden if necessary
- Bringing the mail in daily
- Take out the bins weekly on Sunday night

I live about half an hour away and will be popping in once or twice a week to check on the pool, grab any mail, catch up with the cats etc, so I am close by if there are any problems or questions.
