About this house sitting position in Caversham

House is situated in the Perth eastern suburbs (Caversham) right in the Swan Valley, close to wineries and in the middle of major shopping centres (Morley Galleria and Midland Gate).
Caversham is a new Estate and just recently a small shopping centre opening with Coles and small stores.
The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom modern house with a large patio area- tropical feel .
We are looking for someone mature (preferably 40+ but not essential), caring and house proud who is clean, tidy and loves animals. A police clearance is highly recommended with good references.

You are required to look after 2 Greyhounds (5 & 8 years old) and 1 Persian Cat (9 years old).
Greyhounds are easy to look after, they are very affectionate and require two walks a day and lots of cuddles in the evening. Greyhounds sleep 16 - 18 hours a day and just require minimal walk/ activities though they like get cuddles from you.
The cat is an inside cat mainly and only wanders out the back but does not venture out the front EVER.
The dogs are set to a routine, so they will need to be walked around 5.30am each morning and again around 4.30pm in the evening.
On weekends, they love a car ride to the dog park or to the beach.
Important, you are required to administer eye cream to one of the dogs each morning. Read more...
