About this house sitting position in Caversham

Hi,
We have a 3 x 2 in a quiet street in the Swan Valley and require house sitter/s while we travel overseas in December for the Christmas / New Year period. We have 2 pet bunnies (Pete & Petra) to look after that are very low maintenance - they are "free range" in the back yard and just require some food morning and night and a pat every now and then! They do have a hutch to retreat to and that will require a clean out once a week.
Our place is walking distance to shops, cafes, wineries and a cidery with transport options nearby. Only a short drive into beautiful Guildford and 25 mins into Perth.
Average size garden with some watering required, especially on hot days.
We have great neighbours and family nearby that can be of assistance if needed while we are away.
