About this house sitting position in Caversham
We have a lovely family home with 3 bedrooms and a nice open plan living/ kitchen area. We have a spacious outdoor area, all paved with a small swimming pool. The front garden isn’t the best at the moment but we live directly in front of a public park and lake.
We live in close proximity to the swan valley wine region and can walk to some venues. Walking and cycling routes nearby. Public transport locally is the bus.
We have a fantastic relationship with our neighbours- and would like it to remain that way!
We have lovely pet cat who prefers female humans, he requires feeding twice a day and doesn’t mind a slight fuss but not too often. There are a few indoor and outdoor pot plants which would need watering once or twice a week.
Security is super important to us, so would want roller shutters and security screens fully utilised as required.
