Large comfy home on acres. Creek and waterhole nearby. Good WIFI and all amenities expected in a comfortable home, but no air-con. 15 mtr above ground swimming pool. Beautiful local waterhole and falls 2 km walk along country road. 5 mins drive to local shops x 2, and 20-40 mins distant from local towns and rural city. Has a lovely garden Labyrinth and Standing Stones Circle. Please note: like most of NSW, we've been in drought, so these pics make he place look greener than it is right now, but by the date specified it may well be that green again. :)
