About this house sitting position in Chapman

We live 12 km from the Canberra city centre, minutes to the Canberra hospital, the National Arboretum, National Zoo and Aquarium, two major shopping centres and walking distance to our local shops.
Our spotless non smoking house is tri level (this means stairs ...made from tree logs) so not suitable for the less mobile. Grand piano if you like to tinkle, Aircon, lock up garage. Wifi , easy to maintain garden.
We own an adorable 4 yo Welsh Terrier called "Kipper". He has a beautiful temperament, loves cuddles, walks, and games. He is an indoor pooch, well disciplined (obedience school) and loves visitors. He sleeps and feels very secure in his oversized crate at night so you don't have to worry about him roaming around and disturbing you. Trained from birth to enjoy his safe cave.
All we ask of our house sitter is to give Kipper daily exercise and plenty of kind attention, do poop patrol, check mail but most of all enjoy your time in Canberra. Our house is not set up to cater for children sorry (maybe one day when our first grandchild presents itself).

Our preference is for retired, semi retired grey nomads, part work from home or mature aged students who can be home during most of the day as Kipper is used to having regular company . Especially suited to those building/renovating homes and needing somewhere to stay in the meantime.
