About this house sitting position in Chatsworth
Looking for a house/petsitter for a week.
40 acre rural retreat - new house with all the mod cons on a peaceful and beautiful property that’s only 5mins from the township of Gympie. Wood fireplace with NBN internet/ wifi and big screen TVs with all (I think!) streaming apps. aircon, tank water and undercover carport, separate toilet and bathroom and laundry/dryer. Can stay in the house or heaps of room to set up your caravan or camper if you are travelling - turn onto our road from the (now old) Bruce Highway.
3 cats, a playful staffy who loves a ball, some chooks and 8 very quiet horses that only require an afternoon feed run (hay over the fence and a pre made dinner for the very old gelding)
Must be animal friendly and horse experience is preferred.
The sunsets and country views are amazing here, so if you’re looking for a quiet get away with some furry friends we would love to hear from you!

If anyone is lucky enough to be invited to do a house sit for Mel & Sean, do it! Their property is so peaceful, and the sunsets are some of the best we've seen 🌅
The animals are easy care, and will reward you with so much love and affection. It was lovely to be a part of their routine, and feeding time at the 'zoo' was so much fun.
We got to enjoy a mini farm stay, hang out with the gorgeous horses, be constantly entertained by Teeter the silly staffy 😂, enjoy beautiful bush walks on the property and cuddle up with 3 smoochy cats in front of a wood fire at night.
Mel & Sean are lovely people and excellent communicators. A 5 star housesitting experience.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
