We live in a 5 bedroom home Northwest of Sydney CBD. The house is located close to schools, shops and Cumberland state forest as well as other walking trails. We're close to public transport, with buses and the Metro train to the city and surrounding areas almost at our doorstep. Our home is newly renovated and has a pool, fireplace and entertaining areas. It can become very hot in Cherrybrook, but the house is fully air conditioned. We have two staffies of 6 years old and they enjoy regular walks, hugs and attention from us. They’re indoor dogs, but not allowed to go upstairs or get on the furniture. They both sleep in the laundry with the door open, as Xena becomes anxious if she gets separated from her family. She also needs medication for anxiety daily. Neither Lulu nor Xena mix well with other dogs. Although our garden is very low maintenance, it will need to be watered and maintained, especially in summer. There will also be some minimal pool maintenance. We also have a number of indoor plants that will need to be taken care of. This is very much a family home, but we do like things to be kept neat and tidy.
