We have a lovely home on a 1 acre block, on a quiet street. It's opposite beautiful bushland, and is within walking distant to Lake Leschenaultia, bakery and a beaut country pub. Mundaring is nearby for all supplies. Perth CBD is 45 minutes. Veggie garden and fruit trees need watering. Plenty of room to park the caravan or motor home. There are 12 chickens and 2 x sml dogs (jack russell X) to walk & feed .
