Hello House-sitters
I have 2 cats and 3 dogs and 'm looking for a caring animal lover who is willing to give them all the time and energy they need. The dogs.....Sookie and Jade......are little old terrier crosses, and Jezebel is a kelpie cross. Sookie has had a stroke and finds it difficult to eat, so she needs a very patient and gentle carer to help her to eat. They are all inside dogs.
The cats....Smudge and Portia.....are kept in at night, so there'll be litter trays to be kept clean.
I live on acreage about 5 minutes from Chillingham village, where you can buy local fruit and vegetables, and basic supplies. Murwillumbah is about 20 minutes away, and has a Coles supermarket, a variety of coffee shops and cafes, and interesting galleries and shops. There's a farmer's market every Wednesday.
My home is neat and comfortable, quiet and private, with views away to the Border Ranges and a tranquil bush outlook.
It is essential you're a non-smoker, and keep the house clean and tidy. You can potter in the garden if you wish, but it's not essential, apart from keeping pot plants watered if they need it.
I prefer a single retired lady, someone who is content to enjoy the peace and quiet and keep the animals company most of the time.
I require a sitter from April 11 2018, but am unsure at this stage of my return date, but it'll be no later than April 25.
