About this house sitting position in CHIPPENDALE

Older style place above a cafe in the inner city, taking good care of a beautiful, affectionate, older indoor female Burmese cat. She is getting old and can be a little noisy at night, plenty of play time and attention helps keep that to a minimum though.
Preferably looking for a single female, non-smoker who has a friendly disposition. Getting on with the owners of the cafe downstairs who are the loveliest family business neighbours one could ever ask for would be a real plus! We share the downstairs back area which is where the washing machine is, washer is just for my residence only, so it's not a shared washing machine with the cafe.
NO PARKING SPOT. Only on-street parking if you have a car, mostly metered 8am - 10pm.
The only plant in the premises is the cat grass in the lounge room! And mail is sent to a post office box so there is no collection of mail need.
Wifi and Netflix available.
