About this house sitting position in Clare

We live on 11 acres in the township of Clare. We are a 2km walk to local shops, gym, supermarket, wineries, restaurants etc. There’s an abundance of restaurants and wineries locally. There's a local cinema at Blyth which is 15km from Clare. Our property is on the Riesling Trail which is wonderful for walking and bike riding however if you prefer bush walking you can utilize the Clare Valley Wine and Wilderness Trail. There is a bike hire shop at the bottom of our driveway.

We have 4 minature schnauzer dogs that need some company and are very friendly. (Possibly only 3 will stay) They will need to be put to bed and let out in the morning and have their coats put on/off if it is cold overnight. They would love a walk or two on the Riesling Trail (taking in turns to go. It’s best to walk 1 or 2 at a time). Their food and water is automatic so no need for feeding although the occasional treat would be enjoyed! We also have a cat (that you probably won't see as she will hide with visitors) Her food and water is automatic too so nothing to do for her. There's 6 chickens that are self-sufficient but if you'd like to collect and keep the eggs you can!

Bring your caravan and hook up to power and water. You will need to be self sufficient with own bathroom as we are renovating at the moment. You may enjoy the back yard with out-door kitchen if the weather is permitting. Read more...
