About this house sitting position in Clifton Beach
Our home is in a quiet suburb in the tropics near the beach. We have no pets but require a sitter to help with minimal upkeep of garden and pool.
Accommodation is in breezy house with air conditioning (front part of the house). The back part of house (separated) is an AirBNB apartment but will not be occupied while we are away.
We have a regular gardener for lawn mowing and a pool guy, so there is no heavy work (depending on the seasonal weather).
We need to know our house is secure and lived in while we are away.
You will need to water some plants and as it is the wet season, to keep an eye on the garden etc. for any water or wind damage and top up pool water as needed.
We are 5 minute walk to the beach or supermarket and there is a large pool and shady tropical garden. The house is modern and comfortable with TV, good WiFi and large patio.
