About this house sitting position in Coburg north

We have a three bedroom two bathroom single story home in Coburg north, Melbourne. We have one dog Luna a 10yr old cocker spaniel who can be anxious in new environments so we would love to have someone come and look after her in our home where she is comfortable while we are away.

Luna loves company and cuddles, needs one walk, two feeds a day, and a tablet morning and night in her kibble (for the anxiety) but otherwise is quite low maintenance has her own dog door and spends most her time sleeping. She is an indoor/outdoor free roaming dog who loves to curl up on the couch with you, so you would need to be ok with this :) no problem keeping her out of your bedroom though she sleeps in the living room in her own bed at night. Luna has developed a bit of reactivity to other dogs in her old age, so we could not have you bring your dog with you sorry. She needs to be walked on a leash for this reason but also for her scent tracking spaniel nose her recall is not the best :)

We have a clean well equipped house for you to make yourself at home in, with a deck and garden to sit in if you enjoy that but would require no maintenance from you while we are away. Fully air conditioned and with ducted heating, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and loads of kitchen appliances, two toilets, two showers and one bath as well as a spare bedroom set up for you. We have off street parking in our driveway available to use, and there is always ample street parking as well.

We are situated close to Sydney road only about a 6 minute walk to the number 19 tram and a 10 minute walk to Batman station on the upfield train line. We are located right in between Merrie creek, and Edgar’s creek and the Coburg lake so there are loads of lovely walks to enjoy in the area.
