About this house sitting position in Coburg

We have recently moved from Brunswick to our forever home in Coburg. We live in a brand-new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom two-story home with a small back yard that requires little to no maintenance.
A little about the area:
From our house, it is a 2 minute walk to the Coburg leisure centre and a 5 minute walk to the number 19 tram on Sydney Road that will take you straight into the city. This also means that we are a 5 minute walk from great local cafes, restaurants and major grocery stores. The Coburg train station is about a 10 minute walk away. There are plenty of parks nearby and the Merri Creek trail is about a 10-15 minute walk away.
Now for the house itself!
Downstairs, you will find a spacious dining and kitchen area with all of the mod-cons. From the dining room, you can also access the outdoor patio with festoon lighting and a gas heater so that you can continue to enjoy your meals outdoors, even in the winter!
Downstairs, there is also a separate lounge room with plenty of books to read and a record player. We don't own a television. There is also a bathroom with a bath and a study downstairs.
From downstairs, you can also access the garage and laundry.
Upstairs, you will find the main bedroom with en-suite and two further rooms (one with a fold-out sofa bed) and a bathroom.
All rooms are fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort.
You special house guest:
Apart from giving our plants a weekly water, you will be lucky enough to be sharing the house with a very special member of our family. Isla is a gorgeous, nearly 3-year-old black Groodle (Golden Retriever, Poodle cross).
We moved into our new home about 2 months ago and Isla has claimed the space as her own very easily! She loves lots of pats, company and cuddles. As I write this, Isla is fast asleep between us on the sofa (tough life). The big responsibility with Isla is that she needs two walks a day - one in the morning and one at night (or whenever you feel the urge to take her). She loves to chase the ball (the retriever mustn't be strong in her though because she is not great at bringing it back!), running off lead and her ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE thing to do is swimming at the Merri creek...even when it is super cold. She sleeps inside on a rug on the floor of our bedroom but don't get me wrong, she will try every trick to get up on your bed! During the day, she is normally at home alone for up to 5-6 hours and copes well. When we are not home, she is usually kept outside, except if it's raining.
Whenever we have gone away, Isla has fallen deeply in love with our house sitters and has been thoroughly disappointed when we have come home. No doubt, the same will happen with you!
