About this house sitting position in Coburg
Here is a calm sweet shared home and garden needing a reliable female house-sitter to take my place from 04/11/this year to 07/01/19. I have lived here with two gorgeous distinguished Cats for fifteen years and since this is a three bedroom house, one or two friends usually occupy the other bedrooms. Although I am writing this in early February and am alone here with the cats, by the time I return to India in November there will be two other women (one teacher and one student) living here, occupying the other two bedrooms. Both are diligent Chinese women. Very likeable.
The house sitter will occupy my bedroom, it is a very pleasant room to live in, it will be as far as possible cleared of my presence for the house sitter to make it her own. I very much aspire towards her thoroughly enjoying her stay here. She would be free to come and go as suits her - with consideration for the cats, and it would be appreciated if she would contribute her share of the household bills which is a round figure of $220/month for unlimited wifi and all utility bills. I will leave necessary cleansing materials and would hope that the house sitter will also give water to the plants in the garden with pleasure every other day according to weather.
I will arrange funds for Catfood from Claire at our local PetShop (93868466) - about twelve minutes walk down Moreland road. Other details we will negotiate - e.g., additional funds left or sent you for Feline requirements etc. My bedroom is spacious with lovely garden outlook. The living areas are insulated and each bedroom/living-room has independent cooling/heating facility. The house is an Edwardian wooden house renovated in the sixties, it is a house with character - it has a very nice feel about it. The location is central with six public transport options, about twenty minutes to CBD; reliable street parking. My car will remain here and we can register your name with RACV so that you can use it to purchase groceries etc. This neighbourhood is remarkably safe and quiet. Two Cats seem to be sufficient domesticated animal life - they are SunnysideUp and NishaMishiMo, both couch-potatoes-cum-lounge-lizards. The back garden used to be for vegetables but everything was dead when I returned from India early this year and I haven't recovered yet. Fruit trees still flourish in the front garden. A store-room is out the back. Also a cubby if kids come to visit.
