About this house sitting position in Cockatoo

Our home is in the Dandenong Ranges between Cockatoo & Gembrook. Puffing Billy runs past the back fence. Our garden is low maintenance with a large vegetable and herb garden, great decks to relax on and enjoy the local birds, trees, and a pizza oven. The home is a limestone cottage so whilst there is no aircon we find the large verandah and the thick walls keep it cool enough. We have 6 large dogs who are all very polite and well-behaved (one is missing from the picture, he is anew addition to the family and he is a Maremma). We would like someone who is confident with dogs. They don't need walking as the house block is large enough for them to run and play without needing to be walked. It is quiet here, the neighbours are friendly and we have a backup generator that comes on automatically if the power goes. Phone reception is 3G, 4G & 5G with the best reception on Telstra. The house had high-speed NBN connection ideal if you need to work from here. Sitters' pets would generally be allowed but we need to discuss first.
