About this house sitting position in Coffs Harbour

We have a substantial and modern home on a small acreage just south of Coffs Harbour in a very desirable, pretty valley, 10 mins from Coffs and Sawtell. A very serene and pretty location, privacy reassured. We have 2 British blue cats, and chocolate Labrador, all part of the family and somewhat spoiled but well trained. We have a well-established garden that will require some watering depending on weather. No mowing will be required. We are looking for a couple to fit our requirements (house proud and non-smoking, tidy, handy, energetic, with an affinity for pets )
Everything is within 10 minutes including airport, shops, numerous beaches. Can send additional pics of our little piece of paradise if you are interested and on our wavelength. References and experience are an asset.
Need to be fit enough to walk our Lab who is very easy to care for and have a connection with cats. Garaged parking is available.
