About this house sitting position in coffs harbour

We own a three bed townhouse and have two dogs Batman ( shitzu maltese )and Robin ( cavoodle )who we love very much they are both about 4 years old and very friendly.
They require an hour walk once a day and a wash and brush once a week as well as two meals a day.
We live in Coffs Harbour NSW on a street that is quiet and about 250 mrs from the beach. We are a 5 min walk to the local cafe, bowls and surf club and another 3 to the famous Hoey Moey ( pub )where for 12.50 you get a nice meal every day of the week. 15 min walk will get you to the jetty strip area where there is a myriad of restaurants and good vibes. The area surrounding Coffs is Beautiful and there is lots to be explored including Bellingen ( 35 min drive ).
