About this house sitting position in Coffs Harbour

4-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, split level duplex at top of hill with killer views. Minimal gardening requirements, have lawn service every 3-4 weeks. I am renting this property and am not allowed pets (so sad!!). Looking for responsible non-smoking adult(s) what are able to manage stairs as laundry, bedrooms are downstairs. I am going on holiday overseas and would feel more comfortable knowing someone is taking care of my house while I am gone.
