Our home is a modern ‘farm’ house (3 years old, brick) It is a very comfortable and clean home consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan dinning, lounge and kitchen area with a wood fire. It has a separate theatre room, consisting of a large smart TV with access to Netflix and Wifi . At the back of the house there is a large patio / alfresco area that overlooks 5 acres of bushland.
Enjoy listening to the red and the white tailed Black Cockatoos, Purple Swamp Hens and Kookaburras while sitting on the patio. Or stroll around the property and check out the winter creek. At the front of the house there is State Forest for as long as the eye can see, with many walk trails with access from the front of the house. The house is located 10 minutes out of the town of Collie, which has all the services of a larger town, such as Coles, Woolworths, Petrol Stations, McDonalds, Doctors surgery, Hospital, 24hr Gym, many restaurants, parks and cafes.
