About this house sitting position in Conondale

Our home is suitated in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland with hills, flat areas fronting on to the Mary River where it begins in the range. With access to our property you have to cross over a small causeway. We r about 25 mins from Maleny, or the otherway Kenilworth about 20 mins. Kenilworth has an awesome bakery well knowen for its pies and the 1kg Donut for those who want a challenge! Our area offers very popular walking tracks with waterfalls and great scenic views in all directions. About 50 mins from Caloundra if you feel the need to do some touristy attractions, with the famous Australia Zoo about 30 mins away. Maleny and Montville have very unique cafes with cafe and resturants being very popular. We have 2 goats very friendly with 3 mini goats extra friendly, they really just free range, luv bread and any scraps. With daily eggs from 4 chooks.. So the animals shouldn't be a problem. With family owning next door (weekender) we keep an eye on their cows, with our couple are with their herd, so we keep a eye on them all. Only ask of you to notify us if the happen to get out if a fence gets knocked down in a storm or other. Basically we are looking for someone to just keep an eye on the animals , feed and water them as well as water the plants. The road is a dirt road not suitable to low cars. We have 360 degrees views from our verandah at the top of a steep drive, half concrete half dirt. totally Solar only, and on tank water. We have had some lovely sitters, one loved painting, awesome views. You can swim in the river, not deep at the moment, but wet and cool on a hot day.
