About this house sitting position in Conondale

Sunshine Coast Hinterland:
Modern Off-grid 4-bedroom home, 2 bathroom (build in 2022) in the forest.
Set up as a 3 bedroom and 1 office space, wooden floors throughout, wrap around verandah.
Covered parking under the house for two cars.
25 minutes to Maleny, 1h to Mooloolaba Beach and Sunshine Plaza.
Starlink Internet connection, dishwasher and solid high capacity solar system.
Close to waterholes and beautiful creek with rain-forest. (Temporary flooding in is possible with extreme rainfall events). Crystal Waters Ecovillage is short drive from here and there is a small playground, cafe and a bakery.

Dog:
Charlie, 5 year old Jack Russell/cross Parson Russell Terrier. Joyous and lovely temperament. Enjoys the outdoors. Daily walks and can be left at home for 4 hrs. Is used to go to the office with us as well. After he gets to know you , you'd probably be fine having him off leash on our property. I also just let him out in the morning and he comes back when I call him and then walk him later. Food once a day and in the beginning some treats during walks to bond with housesitter. Tick/flea tablet once a month and house-trained.

Chickens:
Plus our sweet chickens (3). Modern, easy to clean coop (Eglu with removable plastic tray, 1 or 2 a week), and free-ranged during the day. Or keep in the coop if you will be home long after dusk occasionally.

Some yard work to keep the grass area around the house maintained (whipper snippering) for safety. Other area's will be mowed by our regular garden maintenance. Read more...
